Eating or drinking from uncovered containers near computers and other electrical equipment is prohibited.
Users of the lab should make sure that all equipment are turned off before leaving the lab. Fees may be billed for any lost or damaged equipment if it occurred during a reservation. The person on the reservation will be liable for such damages.
Lost and Found Items
The DHPS is not responsible for lost items. Although access to the space is limited and closely monitored, the lab routinely holds events that will be open to the public. The lab asks that everyone be mindful of their belongings. Whenever possible, staff may collect items left behind in main lab and seminar room. If anyone feels they may have left something behind, they may contact the Center for the Humanities.
